Add a pre-paid envelope to your order and return your empty pouches for proper recycling.
We'll add a free and postage paid return envelope to send your empty pouches back for recycling with our Terracycle program. Add one to your cart and we'll include it with your order. Please mail back 2-3 pouches at a time for efficiency. We do not accept bottles back as they are easily recyclable at curbside.
When your refill pouch is empty and ready to return:
- Most important: cut the spout off. The return envelope must lay flat or it will be classified as a package and cost an additional $3.50 in shipping.
- Rinse your pouch, allow to dry, place 2-3 in envelope at a time.
- Write your name on the envelope so we can give you credit. Drop it in the mail.
- When we receive it back, we will issue you a gift card for $2.50 for each pouch returned.
