Secret Sales

Thanks so much for being here! We're excited for you to shop our Summer Secret Sale.

This is an exclusive event with up to 65% off on all full size products. It is only available via a special link sent to our subscribers. Here are the FAQ's and Rules for the Sale:

Q. How long does the sale last? A. This year, it is 4 days-July 5-8th. Emails go out every morning at 7am ET.

Q. What products will be on sale? A. Every full size product, including refill pouches will be set at a discount for one day only. There will be old favorites and new releases mixed in. You have to check back daily for your favorites.

Q. Do you offer free shipping? A. We do! Since we want you to shop multiple days, once you have paid for shipping once-or-reach the free shipping threshold of $150, we will send you a free shipping code each morning to shop the next day.

Q. Can I get my order fulfilled immediately after I place it? A. Unfortunately, no.  Secret Sale orders will be collated and each of your orders will ship together in one box. We'll start coordinating Secret Sale orders to ship out on July 9th and estimate 10 days to complete. While the sale is happening, we are continuing to process online orders for people who are first time customers or not on our list.

Q. Can I come in and get the Secret Sale deals in the store? A. We're sorry, but no. We don't have these deals programmed into our in-store system and this will confuse the inventory we set for the sale. You can chose local pickup when checking out online and we'll notify you when your order is all together so you can stop by.

The serious fine print:

The Secret Sale may not be combined with any other coupons or offers. We will not process any orders using additional coupons and you will miss out on those items being on sale.

No rainchecks. The Secret Sale is always a one time only, limited number of products so if you want something add it to your cart right away and check out. Do not hold your cart open for multiple days or you may miss out on certain products.

All sales are final. We will not be able to make any adjustments to orders-such as a forgotten free shipping code or email link that went to your junk folder or mistakenly ordering a non sale item and then seeing it the following day. Thank you for understanding!
