At Flourish, we believe sustainability isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a responsibility. That’s why we’ve been leading the way in reducing waste through refilling bottles, minimizing new packaging, and taking refill pouches back for proper recycling.

How It Works: A Simple Closed-Loop Process

1. Use and Save Your Bottle:
   When your product runs out, save your container. Clean and dry it thoroughly—it’s the first step to reducing waste!

2. Refill with Ease:
   Order one of our refill pouches and enjoy 15% off the bottle price. Use the spout to refill your clean, dry bottle.

3. Return Your Empty Pouch:

   • Check the box at checkout to request a pre-paid, compostable envelope.
   • When your pouch is empty, cut off the spout to flatten the pouch. Rinse it thoroughly to remove any residue.
   • Collect 2–3 pouches for efficiency, write your name on the envelope, and drop it in the mail.

4. Earn Rewards:
   For each pouch returned to us in the mail you will get:

   • 50 points for each pouch. 
   • These points will be added to your Flourish account, helping you save on future purchases while supporting a greener planet.

What NOT to Do:

• Leave the spout attached. This increases mailing costs to over $5.00+ because the envelope is no longer flat.
• Skip rinsing. Unclean pouches slow down the recycling process and require extra handling. If we have to glove up, we can't give you points.
• Forget to write your name on the envelope! We receive hundreds of pouches back and we don't know who they are from.
