At Flourish, we do things a little differently. As a sustainable brand, we don’t believe in encouraging overconsumption—so our loyalty program isn’t about racking up points for every purchase. Instead, we reward thoughtful, community-minded actions: writing a review, returning your empty pouches, referring a friend, following us on social, and even celebrating your birthday.
It’s our way of saying thank you for supporting what we stand for—and helping to create a cleaner, kinder beauty industry.
Ways to Earn Points
Here are the actions that earn you points in our program:

✍️ Write a Product Review – Earn 100 points each time you share your thoughts and help others decide what’s right for them.

♻️ Return Your Refill Pouches – 25 points per pouch to be added manually to your account. You’ll reduce waste and get closer to your next reward.

💌 Refer a Friend – Give $10, get $10! When your friend makes their first purchase, they get $10 off—and you get 1,000 points (that’s $10 for you, too).

🎉 Celebrate Your Birthday – Receive 200 points as a gift from us during your birthday month.

📱 Follow Us on Instagram – Earn 50 points for connecting with us on social and staying in the loop.
💫 How to Redeem Your Points
Once you reach 500 points, you can redeem them for money off your next purchase.

2,000 points = $20

…and so on!

❔ Loyalty Program FAQs
Q: I returned refill pouches—why didn’t I get credit?
A: In order to receive points for returning pouches, you must include your name or email inside the return envelope. If there’s no identifying information, we can’t assign the points.
Also, please remember to cut off the plastic spouts before mailing. If your envelope requires extra postage and we’re charged a fee, we won’t be able to credit your account.
Q: Can I use points when I shop in-store?
A: Right now, points can only be redeemed online. Loyalty rewards are connected to your customer account and not accessible through our in-store POS system. If you’re shopping in person, we recommend placing your order online for pickup to apply your rewards.
Q: Why don’t I earn points for purchases?
A: We’re a sustainability-first brand, so we don’t incentivize overconsumption. Instead of giving points just for buying more, we reward meaningful, community-driven actions—like referrals, reviews, and returns—that align with our values.
Q: Can I use loyalty rewards during a sale?
A: Yes! Points can be redeemed during sales and combined with most promotions unless otherwise stated. Just keep in mind that you need to be logged in to your account before checkout to apply them.

Q: Can I redeem partial points, or only in set amounts?
A: Points are redeemed in 500-point ($5) increments. You’ll see your available rewards at checkout if you’re logged in.
Q: Can I refer more than one friend?
A: Absolutely! You can refer as many friends as you’d like—just share your unique referral link. You’ll earn points every time a friend shops for the first time using your link.
