I love this stuff. I had a muscle soreness after exercising and thought maybe I should try the sample I received in a package. Arnica is supposed to be great for muscle aches. I noticed a difference after just a few uses. It does not cure anything, but it did help and it smells great too! I will most likely have this as a year round purchase!

Best smelling elixir for sore muscles!

I put this on my neck and shoulders every day. Helps with the tension muscle knots that tend to develop there and smells great! Wherever I have pain, knees, elbows… it really helps and did mention the smell?! :)
